What’s included?

90 minutes of Pilates content per week split into 4 x 20 - 25 minute sessions, which can be added together to make 2 x 45 minute sessions if you prefer.

An introduction to the principles of Pilates.

Pilates breath & core engagement masterclass

Top tips for how to get the best out of your practice.

Bonus Yoga and Guided meditation content

Designed for total beginners (even if you’ve not done any movement for some time) but with options to make the exercises more challenging if you feel ready to.
