I really want you to succeed so I’ll do whatever I can to help you achieve your goals. Sometimes it can feel a bit like we are trying to climb a mountain, and it feels like an insurmountable task so we give up before we’ve even started. But I’m here to help you, and we’ll do it together - taking one step at a time!
If you can’t identify with the skinny 20 year old pilates influencers wearing a matching crop top and leggings then I’m for you! You’ll never catch me showing my midriff as apart from not being comfortable showing that amount of skin, it’s also too flipping cold other than about 2 days a year here in the U.K! I’m just a normal mid 40’s woman trying to be the best I can be, and to help you to do the same…
I specialise in working with beginners and taking you on the journey from being a complete beginner to a seasoned Pilates pro!
I’m supportive and encouraging – I will help you to do things you thought you couldn’t but we’ll build up to it – my courses are not like a bootcamp! I encourage you to listen to your body and do what’s right for you on any given day.
There are some common challenges that people face on their Pilates journeys, so my courses include a few bonus video’s dedicated to overcoming these challenges.
There are lots of Pilates teachers and even more Yoga teachers, but there are very few who are trained in both. I incorporate the best of both into my offerings, and have great feedback from my Pilates clients about the stretching/ breathing/ mindfulness elements they get from me that they don’t get elsewhere. That’s why i include bonus Yoga and mindfulness video’s thrown in to help you be in the best shape you can be physically and mentally!
